Your estate agents will tell us who your potential purchaser’s solicitors are, and with an offer on the table we will contact them and get the sale under way without any delay.</p> <p>We will answer all the questions which the purchaser’s solicitors might have and give them sight of the relevant documents. This takes us up to the point when you exchange contracts, and we then discuss a completion date and notify the purchaser’s solicitors. On that day we will settle up the balance of the mortgage, if you have one, deduct our fees, and forward you the balance without delay – allowing you to purchase another home on the same day, if that is your plan.</p> <p>Selling your home need not be a complicated process – beware of law firms who say that it is! – and we will be very pleased to talk you through the steps we take.
